Bright morning, time to snap some pics of the minsu and the amenities nearby. Really love the clear blue skies and the frequent chilly breeze! (clear blue skies means despite the breeze, the sun is still scorchy hot so apply more sunblock!)

步步高升 trail consisting of 487 steps (1.8KM) |
After a good breakfast at MOS Burger and equipped with a bottle of mineral water and iced coffee, it's time to start the tracking adventure to Evergreen Grassland. There are 7 different trails which you can pick on, depending on where you want to explore and what you want to see. Another important thing to note is, how good is your stamina. For a weakling like me who doesn't exercise often, 我很有自知之明 so I picked the shortest trail consisting of a good 487 steps (1.8KM).

After a good rest, we decided it's time to go and try the restaurant which 小荣 had recommended the day before. The restaurant really provides very good service, you just have to give them a call and they come sending their driver and car to pick you up right at your minsu!! :D
We ordered the set consisting of the signature chicken (they only sell whole chicken, no half), fried cabbage, mushroom soup, and complimentary tea, unlimited rice and fruits. All these yummy food for a cheap affordable price of just NT$600!!

It's really one of the value for $$ meals. Fortunately we didn't opt for the set which includes additional fish (since I dun take seafood) cos the 2 of us can barely finish the chicken! We wiped out the drumsticks and wings, part of the breast meat and were so full with the whole plate of cabbage and rice! Feeling embarrassed to have so much leftovers, we requested to have the leftover chicken packet for takeaways. The restaurant even sent their driver to drive us back to our minsu :D
Heading to Lavender Cottage, I'm just too tempted by ice creams.. cold weather and ice creams are the best budds!
